The vision of the organisation is to become a leading research institute in developing skills for youth in monitoring and evaluation as well as job creation.

- To develop our presence in the social-economic and market research andconsulting industries as the undisputed masters at positioning and strategyformulation, through the effective use of scientific research intelligencedisciplines, customer-centric research methods and unlocking the “creativecapital” within organisations.
TK Research Consulting is a wholly black-owned, private
company with 100% female ownership.
TK research was formed in 2016 by individuals who have gained numerousexperiences working in the field of Monitoring & Evaluation, data collection, data capturing, data analysis, report writing, dissemination of findings as well as capacity building since 2008.
TK defines itself as a continuity company that builds upon evidence to strengthen and enhance solutions through a lens of health care disruption, tempered by human intuition and machine learning. Our current work and portfolio of projects speak to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
The goals cite equity, empowerment and engagement of stakeholders together with strengthening of data as core drivers of transformation in the next development agenda. TK’s logical, participatory approaches result in user-informed and
driven product development that results in adoption and ownership.
Focal areas include infectious disease prevention and education, human migration and health, Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Early Childhood Development, mental health, and automated monitoring and evaluation.
TK approaches each challenge to strengthen systems, build local capacity, accelerate analytics, enable reporting in real time, and integrate social and cultural issues into broader contexts.
